Prior to owning commercial rental properties, Richard owned five hotels for 27 years. The family operated hotels had a high percentage of repeated guests, just as the current light industrial properties, have a stable, long-term tenant occupancy list. Rory‘s experience in the hospitality industry trained him to provide a guest with satisfaction beyond their expectations. 14 years ago, our hotel team moved forward with us. We know how to accommodate your needs and give your business the friendly, individual attention it deserves.
